• All conference participants are strongly recommended to register in advance through the Online Registration System.
• IEEE CEFC 2024 provides an Early Registration Fee until Sunday March 24, 2024 Friday April 5, 2024 to generate discounted rates of the registration fee for those highly interested in the conference. Online Early Registration at the official website is highly recommended to all participants of the conference.
• Each paper should be registered by an author or presenter with a completed payment of the registration fee by Sunday March 24, 2024 Friday April 5, 2024. Only the papers with proper registration can be presented in IEEE CEFC 2024 and published in the conference proceedings.

Registration Fee

• Participant Registration fee includes: Admission to all Technical Sessions, Conference Kit, Lunches, Welcome Reception, Coffee Break, Banquet
• Accompanying Person fee includes: Lunches, Welcome Reception, Coffee Break, Banquet
• One regular registration (IEEE Member or Non IEEE Member) allows registering 1 paper at no cost and maximum of 2 other papers with additional fees.
• One student registration (IEEE Student Member or Non IEEE Student Member) allows registering 1 paper at no cost and no additional paper with or without fee.
• IEEE Life Member registrants cannot register for any paper.

Methods of Payment

Cancellation Policy

• To request a refund and cancel your registration, please notify the IEEE CEFC 2024 Secretariat via email at cefc2024@cefc2024.com. After the conference, a refund will be made upon receipt of this written request.
• All bank service charges for sender and receiver are to be paid by the participant, and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Registration Documents

For Online Registrants

• Invoice for registration fee will show up in the online registration system once you submit your registration.
• Receipt and Confirmation Letter will appear later once we verify your payment.
• Certificate of Participation will be available on the online registration system for download starting the first day of the conference (Sunday, 2 June 2024)

For On-site Registrants

Please send your request to our secretariat at cefc2024@cefc2024.com.
You should mention your REGISTRATION NUMBER (4-digit number on your on-site name badge), NAME and AFFILIATION in your email.

Invitation Letter for Visa

If you need a letter of invitation to participate in IEEE CEFC 2024, please email our secretariat at cefc2024@cefc2024.com with your NAME, AFFILIATION and REGISTRATION NUMBER (all can be found in your registration page after logging in the online registration system .)

※ The IEEE CEFC 2024 Organizing Committee issues invitation letter only to paper presenters or authors who have submitted a registration and paid all the fees.
